This industry awareness project is incorporated into Agriculture classes and involves farmers lending poddy calves to schools during Terms 3. Students learn about career opportunities in the dairy industry and the broader agriculture sector through practical activities, talks with industry advocates and coursework. The program culminates with a Dairy Day in Wauchope in October to award prizes.
