Please note that timeframes will be allocated in the order they’re received and we cannot guarantee any timeframe however each school will be notified once arrangements have been finalised.

Schools are to follow their own advice regarding excursions and the implementation of appropriate COVID-smart measures.
Mid Coast Connect will have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and Risk Assessment for the event.

Photography and Video Consent
By registering students to attend this event, the school acknowledges that photographs and/or video footage may be taken during the event by Mid Coast Connect for promotional, reporting and communication purposes. This may include use across Mid Coast Connect's social media platforms, website, publications and other marketing materials.
Schools are asked to ensure that appropriate photography and video consent has been obtained from parents/carers or students (where applicable) prior to the event.
If any students do not have consent to appear in photographs or recordings, the school must notify Mid Coast Connect prior to the event or advise Mid Coast Connect staff upon arrival. Reasonable steps will be taken to respect these preferences.
Photography/Video Restrictions:
The school is responsible for identifying and notifying Mid Coast Connect of any students who do not have permission to be photographed or recorded on the day of the event.
