Please note we are unable to cater for individual special dietary needs.

Site Allocation & Payment
The payment process (next page) is via Paypal and you do not require a login. If you do not wish to sign in to Paypal or use an account, check in as a guest to pay with a credit card. Paypal accepts Debit/Credit VISA, Mastercard, or Amex.
Note: GST is added at the payment screen.
Sites generally include a 1.8m trestle table and 2 chairs.

Safety & Risk Declaration
The venue is an extension of your workplace, and hence the same Work Health Safety Legislation considerations apply. By submitting this registration, you agree to the following:
Fire Hazards: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate any fire risk or fire hazard created as a result of my site.
Trips, Slips and Falls: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate any risks which may cause trips, slips or falls. I will ensure that all objects which may cause trips, slips or falls are firmly secured and removed from walkways.
Equipment, Plant and Machinery: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate/minimise risks from equipment, plant and/or machinery at my site.
Dangerous Goods, Hazardous substances and Chemicals: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate/minimise risks in relation to dangerous goods, hazardous substances and chemicals associated with my site.
COVID-19: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate/minimise risks in relation to COVID-19. I will not attend the event if I have cold or flu symptoms.
Other Hazards: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate any other risks associated with my site.

Mid Coast Connect requests a copy of Working With Children Checks for all exhibitors. This is a requirement for people who work or volunteer in child-related work. There is no cost for a volunteer Working with Children Check and they are valid for 5 years. Apply online:
